Who we are looking for

We want providers who treat homeowners fairly. Our focus is roof replacement, along with storm and hail damage work that leads to larger jobs. A good fit usually looks like this:

• A licensed and insured roofing business, where local rules require it
• Experience with full roof replacements on older homes and in cold, snowy climates
• Comfort working in winter weather, thaw cycles and coastal wind
• A service area in or near the Agawam Town area
• A habit of returning calls and showing up when promised

What we expect

Homeowners are often stressed and watching their budget. We ask providers in our network to respect that.

• Give clear written quotes with scope, materials and payment terms
• Explain price differences in plain language
• Be honest about what the roof needs, and what it does not
• Avoid high-pressure sales
• Handle your own contracts, permits, warranties and insurance

We do not promise a set number of calls or a certain income. Call volume depends on your area, your availability and homeowner demand.
